Hi, I was supposed to send in my old phone since I upgraded my new phone. I was supposed to be sent a mailing sticker but was never. What do I do?

Welcome to the Apple Community.


If your trade-in will be applied as a credit toward an online purchase, you can track it from your Apple Store account.

If you’re trading in for an Apple Gift Card, you can track it here.


Wondering in what way you communicated with Apple to be told about the sticker..

You may have a confirmation number you received when you confirmed your trade-in quote.

Or

You. might want to check if you have a tech support case ID, ... perhaps in an e-mail from Apple ?
