Deleted Incorrect Activity in Health App but Trends still showing it and not updating

Hi,

Last year I did a weights workout using the Strong app integrated with apple health. But forgot to stop the app at the end. I realised next day as my exercise ring had gone round several times and it was showing several hours of exercise across that day and next morning.

So I went into the data sources in apple heath for each Exercise related aspect and deleted the erroneous workout completely.

But my Trends in the activity app have never updated, you can still se the large spike from that data, but it relates to nothing as I have deleted the data. So it’s skewing all my averages.

In the attached screenshots you can see the spike which shows both in the exercise trends in Trends, and still in the Activity banner in Apple health. But I have checked every data source exercise related and there is no data spike to can correlate to.

Have I not deleted the correct data or is there a way to update trends I am missing, or is it a bug.

Thanks!
