Stolen device on device list

I have three devices on my trusted device list that were stolen and never recovered. These devices do not show up in Find My. I have severe cyber security issues on my current device and former device (neither one is being referred to above as this device clearly hasn’t been stolen and my former was replaced due to damage).

Is there any recourse to finding them / doing a claim on them / anything I can do whatsoever being as I was charged the full amount for two of the three devices which now appears on my credit report...

Any help with answering these questions would be greatly appreciated!
