How to Remove Footnotes or Endnotes from an Entire Pages Document

I could not find a single page on the entire Internet telling how to remove all the endnotes from a Pages document. Many regarding Word, but none for Pages. But I have figured it out, so I am posting this for anyone else having the same frustration. To remove all footnotes or endnotes:

  1. Go to the first footnote or endnote in your document and highlight it by dragging the cursor
  2. Edit/Find/Use Selection for Find
  3. Click in Find window and hit Return. It will again go to your first footnote/endnote
  4. Now hit Replace All. All footnotes/endnotes will be deleted.

To clarify direction #1: I mean highlight the number of the endnote/footnote, in the text. (Not the endnote itself.)
