Restarting iPhone 6s

The phone is showing 100% suddenly is restarting and showing the battery drain 10% , if I am restarting again is showing 100%.

What problem can be?

Your battery is probably dead. You can bring it to an Apple store and they should be able to check that for you. You can also go into settings>battery>battery health to see how that is doing
