Can you share AirTags with family members?
Can two accounts track the same airtag? Can me and my wife track the same airtag if we are in the same family account?

"...it will never happen. Apple has made AirTags impossible to share for an extremely important reason. Privacy.
If it were possible to share an AirTag, then it would be impossible to stop coercion. Someone in a domestic abuse situation could be made to share access to their AirTag and Apple has therefore prevented this.
Regrettably, the answer to everyone with a good reason to share an AirTag is the same solution that will work for anyone with a bad reason. Buy two AirTags.
True, it's more money, and you can imagine Apple is both glad about that and also figuring that the extra cash is an extra barrier to abusers. But the people arguing that you cannot share an AirTag also seem to unthinkingly assume you can't put two AirTags on an item." Source:
Review: AirTag sets out to do one thing, and does it near perfectly

"How is it a privacy issue for "items" and not iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc.? I don't understand the difference. Could you explain, please? "
See my response further up the thread.
That's exactly what Find my iPhone already does! That's why we wanted it for other personal stuff that could be lost or stolen.
Did they say how to disable it? All I can do is disable safety alerts which would not notify me if someone else’s airbag follows me
Sorka95032 is correct
The brief low volume sound only go off after a minimum of eight hours of being separated from the phone for up to three days between the beeps. So it is not a big deal.
AWESOME! Thank you very much for the link to give FEEDBACK ON APPLE PRODUCTS!
Extremely disappointed. Find out after they arrive. Assumed it was standard procedure with family sharing like every other Apple device. $150 down the drain should have bought Tile.
You can return them. If you don’t like it that’s what you should do. I bought four of them and I’m very happy with them but I don’t have a family plan
I have the same issue…my wife can’t walk our dog, or walk with me when I have my keys, without getting spammed with alerts. Apple really needs to fix this now.
Too bad there isn't a section for feedback for the AirTags.

Too bad you didn't just find a section such as "iPhone" and explain in the text box what you're feedback was about.
I agree it’s so stupid. I wish I hadn’t bought a 4 pack. Waste of money. We also use our cars interchangeably.
If you don’t like him, let Apple know and return them. I know they were trying to do better than tile in terms of letting people know that they are being tracked. Tile doesn’t let anybody never know
Apple also didn’t at first advertise that there would be annoying alerts that you were being tracked. This “safety feature” was added after the initial release.
I like the new safety feature. It putsapple a step above tile.
