Apple Maps on iMac

Using the Maps help menu I discovered the trick. Click in the search field->click Favorites->click Recents-> click Clear Recents in the lower right.

After clicking more you should see the addresses, then at the lower left a clear button.

Try clicking the search (spyglass) icon at the top of the screen. You are not looking in the right place.

The screen shots show it all, step by step. And the Notes app has nothing to do with anything, least of all Maps. I think we’re done here.

Right click on the search box, then click on "more" to the right then look at the bottom for the word "clear" Click on that. It will take about 1-2 secs. then it should clear our the saved searches.
