You cannot upgrade the GPU, and even if somehow you found a compatible part for the older iMac, it requires a lot of skill that almost all the time ends in ruining the Mac altogether.

If this is for gaming I'd suggest Nvidea's Ge-Force Now cloud GPU service.
If this is for productivity I'd suggest a new iMac.
2013 GPUs are soldered to the logic board and are non-replacable. You could use an eGPU (unofficial 3rd party software required), but those have a substantial performance penalty over Thunderbolt-1. Also there is currently a global GPU shortage which has pushed prices for anything worth using to $700+.
Starting with the 2012 iMacs, the GPU is soldered to and integral with the logic board. No changing possible at all.
