Detected a Face ID security failure

Face ID registered on my face, but it activates on my brother's face, it's not a very pleasant situation, since it's my phone! And without Face ID, I can't fully enjoy using my phone

Face ID security exploit. My brother uses my iPhone as much as I do, Only my face is registered, but then also his face can unlock the phone. When I delete face data and reset it, for a couple or more days, his face cannot unlock it but then again starts recognising his face. This does not happen in any other Android phone because he does not look like me. I am okay with it, but this is not correct. Something is wrong with Face ID.

Apple Face ID malfunctioning Face ID or phone compromised? Just want to report that my face Id stops working on my iPhone 12 several times per day. I just stops and I have to enter the secure code to open the phone. It has happened too many time already, and once open the app it will not even work to reseat the face. Is this a safety issue? I noticed (often enough to be concerned) that cars are stopped near and facing my residence when these malfunctions occur. Is my phone being hacked at these times, and that is why I cannot use the face id to open my phone, or the face Id is having problems? please advise.
