Who can I see to back up a non responsive phone?

The phone died and now won’t turn on.

I made an appointment with a non apple tech bar but they couldn’t fix (wasn’t the battery)


now have an appointment with Apple but want to back up photos first- anyone have any ideas on how to retrieve the info?

If you cannot access the phone, then you will not be able to back it up. Hopefully, you have been doing this all along to either iTunes/Finder or iCloud. If you have been syncing your iPhone photos to iCloud, they should still be there.
