USB SuperDrive not showing in Finder on iMac

I've tried everything I found so far. The drive appears on System Information>USB and System Information>Disc Burning but still won't show in Finder.

Your drive will not show in the Finder until media is inserted into it and the media whether CD or DVD will appear on your Desktop. Blank media waiting to be burnt will appear as such.

Recorded media will appear on your Desktop will appear as such.

Please restart the computer in Safe Mode and then restart normally and test.
