iPhone 12 Pro Max battery

I just received my iPhone 12 Pro Max yesterday. I want to try and maintain the battery a lot better than I have previously for other phones. I've heard a few tips before. Can someone tell me if these are true:

1. Charge on a 5V charger instead of a fast-charging 20V charger to maintain good battery health.

2. Do not let your phone charge above 80%

3. If the phone charges to 100%, remove it straight away from the charger to stop the device from overcharging

4. Do not charge the phone overnight

Any other tips would be great. I've read Apple's support document for battery optimisation so please don't link that 🙏

The cost to replace the battery is $69 and your iPhone will simply tell you when it’s time for it (typically this would be about 2 to 3 years of use before it’s needed). My advice here is, rather than putting so much focus/efforts on how to charge/use the device, etc, simply enjoy to use the device and when the time comes, replace the battery with a new one. I think the price is reasonable.

I do use the device when I need to. I charge it every night with Optimised Battery Charging feature enabled. When I need more juice I charge the battery for some brief time during the day. Sold my iPhone X after using it for 3 years with Battery Health at 90%.
