Can't sign into Snapchat on iPhone

You will need to take this up with Snapchat, this has nothing to do with Apple.

That makes no sense, to be honest. A blocked phone won't function as a phone at all. And if you have a phone which is blocked, then you have a far bigger issue than not being able to use Snapchat. Cellular providers block phones. Not Apple. And when a cellular blocks a phone from IMEI, it's usually because the phone has been reported as stolen.

I have the same problem to on my phone (Iphone XR),

can it maybe be the IDFA or IDFV that is blocked or something or something related to the SIM card? Because snapchat on my old phone (samsung) without a SIM card works perfectly fine.

Thankyou, how to delete the app fully from my phone? When I delete the app and wanna download it again there is a cloud logo on the download button. So please explain how I dont get that cloud logo anymore so it says download.

i have the exact same problem. every time i log into any snapchat account or even when i make a new account it locks the account permanently within 10 mins of me logging in. i tried to delete the app 100+ times and redownloading it. i’ve tried to make a new apple id to use. it still doesn’t work, i’ve even tried to contact snapchat support and that’s useless because they don’t even have a number i could call and their support page is just about everything but my issue. there’s no option or nobody i could email. i don’t understand what to do. i’m on iphone se 2021. which is the newest iphone line.

I have the same problem. BUT, I don't think it's tied to the device. My theory is that it is tied to your Apple ID. Does anyone know if that could be technically possible?

Because I get kicked out of my Snapchat on TWO different devices that I use the same Apple ID on (and trying different Snap accounts). But when I log into Snap on a THIRD device using a different Apple ID, it works!

so i put my sim card in someone else’s phone and now their snapchat is locked too, but they had also put their sim into my phone. i want to get a new phone but should i just get a whole new sim? just not to risk it

Then it hasn’t recognized it is you yet. They will. I’m sure they told you why you were banned, and for how long. If you keep trying to trick them they might ban you for life.

well i’ve been trying for 2 weeks now, maybe 3. there is no way to talk to an actual person, just a bot. and they don’t help anything. i’ve tried emailing, tried googling a number. there is nothing smh. that’s why i came here.

Unfortunately, there's nothing anyone here on this user to user only forum can do to help you. We, nor Apple have anything to do with Snapchat. I once had an account, but deleted it long ago. If I wanted to buy a used phone, I'd buy yours as Snapchat means nothing to me.

Having the exact same problem we’re every account I make get temporarily banned and not to mention the fact that the account I had in the first place was banned for no reason and no explanation giving, I try to contact Snapchat but their customer service is awful

same thing here except i can get into my snapchat every day but only for 5 mins or less then it logs me out and locks me out for the rest of the day, i’ve tried contextual snap on twitter, i’ve went to snapchat support PLENTY of times and nothings working. And i can’t create a new account because either my connections not working (which only happens to that app it works everywhere else) or when i’m trying to make my bitmoji it locks me out. idk if i need a new phone or if snap just doesn’t want me to use their app 😐

My snapchat account keeps getting locked out on my iphone 7 .If I log in on another phone ,it has no issue. It only logs me out and locks my account on my personal phone. This just started 2 days ago. I did not install any third party apps or do any spam. It somehow is related to my phone since it only happens on my phone. I tried to clearing and deleting my phone and starting over but it still does the same thing. Thanks for any help.

Mine got locked yesterday, my boyfriends a week before, my friend and her boyfriend a few days before. This is getting ridiculous tbh, it’s about time we all just said bye snap 👋🏽 but memories 😔, I’m hoping it’s just a glitch they need to patch for mine because unlike my boyfriends my account still shows up on the app as people’s friends. Fingers crossed it isn’t actually permanent then. Didn’t even do nun but be cute n ....

Hey, I'm facing the same kind of problem. Recently I bought iPhone and I'm trying to login into my company app but unable to log in. Also, my account was blocked without any reason. Did you find any solution.
