Can't sign into Snapchat on iPhone

Your problem has nothing to do with Snapchat, so posting in this long thread will not be as effective as starting your own thread by posting a new message. If your company app is an Enterprise app (that is, available from the company and not in the app store) you will need an enterprise certificate to use it. Contact your company IT department to learn how to install a certificate. They probably have instructions on their employee portal.

So I’ve heard from reading this thread. It’s not clear how they can do that, because Apple specifically forbids apps from reading any identifying information about a physical device. They are not permitted to see the UDID, serial number or IMEI.

I’ve been trying to log in to 2 different accounts of mine and I can’t . I keep getting the error message that my account is temporarily locked, what do I do? No matter what device I use or try and create a new Snapchat it won’t work, keep getting same error code.

I'm facing the exact same issue.

I recently bought iPhone 12 Pro Max.

My Snapchat account doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Pro Max. As soon as I login to that device, it logs me out by itself for no reason.

I was using iPhone X previously. It still works fine in that device. My Snapchat functions completely alright in the old device but for some reason, it doesn’t work in the new device.

I tried to contact the Snapchat help centre a million times. All their replies are just bot. No real person is replying from the other side. I’m still using 2 devices. One for Snapchat and the new one for other things. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. I don’t what’s wrong but it’s definitely annoying and frustrating. Tried all the possible solutions. Still can’t figure it out.

Did you have any luck being able to log back in or you have to download it off of a completely different way phone . Because I’m getting a new phone but I’m debating if I should make a new iCloud or not

I never said that Snapchat banned me. Snapchat didn’t banned me. I’m still using the same account in my old device. It works completely fine in that one. No issues at all. Just that particular device which I sold earlier, where it wasn’t working.

I have an iPhone 11 aswell I’m locked out of my Snapchat and I’ve made a new account and I got locked out of that too and I tried logging onto an old account and they got locked out too on this phone.I tried logging into my old phone and it says I’m locked out there too so my account is literally locked out I don’t know what to do

I have same problem.. I cannot log into my Snapchat account on my iPhone XS.. same problem I had with my iPhone SE 2020, but on my very old android phone it works… i cannot use this app on Apple devices and absolutely dont know why.

For those that are trying to provide answers and guidance, thank you. However, everyone needs to realize that Snapchat has ZERO support. I saw one post which accurately describes that they only have bots answering general questions. No phone number. No chat. No Snapchat exclusive forum. Nothing. If I wasn't tied to this app because so many college organizations now use and link thru SC, I'd simply go back to texting. Great app when it's working but the stress and headache of this scenario has really left a bad taste.

Wow that’s crazy. Because I just got an iPhone 11 but it was free. A friend gave it to me. Automatically locked out. I went without snap fir a week. 1 hr ago I got home from traveling and logged into my old phone, it let me in no questions asked. I was able to read msgs and everything. So then I’m like coo, I’ll just log out, then log in my iPhone 11 then bam immediately locked.

So based off your notion, someone got permanently locked out on this iPhone 11 before me???

and if I just go to T-Mobile for ex and buy a new phone everything will work?

Something is wrong with my Snapchat so when I log in it logs me out and locks my account and when I try to make another account does the same but I can use it on another device so is it something to do with my phone please can you help

Okay so uh for me it says “oops we couldn’t find matching credentials” but i put the right password and username and ive tried changing my password but it still dosent work but it does let me log in onto othwr devicex but my device

Hello, i have a problem with my snapchat account is that everytime i try logging in from this specific phone, my account gets automatically locked but if i try logging in from any other device, like my old iphone for example, it works perfectly fine so what is the problem with my phone? Why won’t it let me log into snapchat? And im sure that i didnt install any third party apps or anything

This same thing happened to me Aug 5, did you ever find a way to fix it it why this happened? I can’t really afford a new phone. I don’t have any 3 rd party apps or plug ins thst I can find. But where do I look for them to be sure? I’m not using a VPN. I Comte Ted Snapchat and the things they emailed do not address this issue. Thank you for any help!
