iPad suddenly shuts off

Hello Apple,

i have problem with my iPad’s battery. Or I am assuming it is battery. My iPad suddenly gets shut off like batter is dead. It goes on like this on and off... even if I have it plugged in the charger power constantly it just happens... I did reset twice it just same....

any idea how I can fix it or have it fixed?

Or should I buy a new one ?

I really do appreciate if you let me know what is wrong with it and is there a solution ?

or it is just my iPad’s life is over ? :))

thanks in advance

Hasan

Charge and monitor the iPad battery - Apple Support

As described your battery may require replacement. Assuming that the iPad remains functional, you would be well advised to directly contact Apple Support - and request a remote battery test. The result of the test may better inform your next steps.

You will find the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, you can open a support case using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

As a further alternative, you might visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians will be able to fully test and assess you iPad.
