Trying to backup frozen iPhone

On iPhone Trust option is not active when I connect to Mac to backup frozen iphone

so I get Trust request was denied message- disconnect and reconnect same thing

how can I back it up

You need to get your phone working first. If it is frozen, start here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201412

If the link that kb1951 didn't work then your phone has a major problem. Since you cannot unfreeze it you will not be able to get past the trust issue and will have to rely on your previous backup.


You may have missed the fact when you read the Terms of Use prior to agreeing to them that this is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple. Not cool to slap back at a volunteer trying to help you.
