Hi, i already install icloud drive in my new PC (windows 10), but cannot sign in. The message "An error occurred during authentication. Please try again". How to solve this problem. File from icloud drive can retrieved to my new pc but file safe in icloud drive in new pc cannot see in others pc/iphone

Also, do you have any third-party security software installed? If so, temporarily disable or remove that to see if it helps as this can block connections.
