iPad air 4 poor facetime connection

Hi there,


I have recently purchased a new iPad air 4. The problem is with using Facetime. I keep getting poor connection message and freezing the video. I don’t have such issues with my iPhone 11.

To learn more, are you connected to your Wi-Fi network when this happens? Does the same thing happen when connected to another network?

Do you have any pending updates for your device?


This Apple Support page has some steps to take If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
