Google Chrome is in my dock twice. One icon says "From Laptop" what does that mean?

Have a look at the screengrabs attached. A little confused about why Chrome appears twice in my dock. The icon on the right says "From Laptop" when I hover over it. I can't drag it anywhere or delete it. A right click brings up the option to "Open," no other options. Being that I am already on my laptop, why is this "From Laptop?"

It appears harmless enough but it bugs me!
