Can I share the same phone number between my phone and watch? Did adding an Apple Watch to your cellular provider cost the same as adding a new phone line? Thanks.

Cellular for iPhone and Apple Watch So currently I have cellular Apple Watch SE connected to my dad’s phone via family sharing. I am going to get a new phone soon but don’t know if a can have the same number (the one currently in my watch) on to both my phone and my watch. I still have the physical sim that came with the eSim for my watch from t-mobile. Can anyone let me know if it is possible to get my watch number on both my phone and my watch like it’s supposed to be with a cellular watch and phone?

How can I call my Apple Watch ultra from my iPhone 13? My Apple Watch Ultra has its own phone number when I signed up for AT&T activated cellular data. My iPhone 13 has its own phone number but it shares the data using my iCloud between the Apple Watch and the iPhone. How can I call my Apple Watch using my iPhone? If I let someone borrow my Apple phone, how can they call my Apple Watch or vice versa.?
