Internet on Ethernet, local network on one wifi, printer on second wifi

Is this possible? OK, here's the setup.

I have hardwired internet (via Ethernet).

I also use networking with other devices that are on the Wifi from my router (NETWORK).

My printer is in another room, and (for several reasons) has its own wifi 'network.' (PRINTER)

So far so good, but I have to switch wifi manually to print. My question is: is there a way that I can have my mac know to look for the printer on one wifi (PRINTER), but stay with the main network selected?

If the printer is truly on a separate WiFi network, then as far as your devices are concerned, it could be in a separate room or in a neighbor's house down the street, entirely distinct from your home. The devices have no way of knowing the difference. Imagine trying to print on a printer in your neighbor's home: you would need to switch networks to do that.
