Screen time app showing false device

Hey all 

i own 12 pro. And used to own a watch series 5

and when I’m going on Screen time app. It says on top “ My watch “

and “ as this device is used, screen time will reported here “

the only problem is, there’s no data at all, never has been, even when I owned XS max 2 months ago

and, now that I don’t own the watch, and even got a new one and connected it, still shows my old watch, no IPhone data no watch data

tried to turn off restart turn on - no luck

Tried to sign out from my Apple ID and resign - nothing 

tried to unpair watch - nothing

basically the screen app is stuck. On the Apple Watch I don’t own

and I can’t get it to work or reset

help please
