WH-1000XM3 - Sony frequently disconnects

I'm Apple user with Iphone 11 Pro Max, AirPods and MacBook Pro (13.3-inch, M1, 2020). So, it is very uncomfortable and uncontrolled but frequently WH-1000XM3 disconnects without any reason. So, I as workaround I just remove the devices and restart the pairing again.

Sony device works well with my Iphone but it is not working properly with this new MacBook.


The OS version is Big Sur 11.3

Please, let me know if you have any thoughts.
