Iphone photos to MacBook for craigslist

I have an account with all of the necessary information filled out on my MacBook Air for a car I want to sell on craigslist. The photos, however, are on my iPhone. How can I get the photos from my iPhone to Safari on my MacBook Air where all of the information for craigslist is? Please give simple instructions if you can help me. Thank you.
