My new iPhone 12 storage

Can someone help me with this problem please i just switch from iphone 8 (65 gb) to iphone 12 pro (256gb) and i move the date also but the problem is after few days the (( others )) storage starting to raise very quick and reaching (200 GB !!! ) I don’t know how this possible if my iphone 8 was only 65 gb ... i have tried every possible solution but none worked except the restart the device but it’s temporary solution it’s just coming back to 200 gb again and again
