Apple Music

My apple music won’t show favorites mix, chill mix, etc. I’ve already tried restarting, reseting, turning library syncing on and off. Nothing is working. Same on my iTunes desktop app and on applemusic.com.

Can anybody help?

Just to clarify, does the issue only happen with Apple Music Mixes? In other words, are you able to access and listen to other Apple Music content?


"In the Music app, Listen Now helps you play and discover your favorite albums, playlists, interviews, and personal mixes, based on your taste."


If you're using an iPhone, do you use the steps outlined on the following page to tell Apple Music your music preferences? See recommended music on iPhone More about that under the "Tell Apple Music what you love" part of the previous link.

It sounds like you're running into an issue accessing some features and mixes in Apple Music, and we want to see how we can help.


Can you let us know more about what happens when you try to access or view the Favorites Mix or Chill Mix? For example, do you receive an error message? If so, what does the error say?


Does the issue continue if you connect your devices to another network?

We appreciate you providing those additional details. 


To help narrow this issue down further, and rule out a possible network issue, can you confirm if you continue to run into these issues when your devices are connected to another network, or if it only happens on a specific network? Connect iPhone to the internet


If you restart your iPhone using these steps, does that improve the issue at all, or is there no change? Restart your iPhone


Also, since you mentioned that you experience issues with listening to radio stations as well, can you confirm if you've always experienced that issue, or if it began recently? You can also find some good information about listening to and creating stations here: Listen to the radio in the Apple Music app

I’ve tried cellular and few different wifi networks and none of them worked. I’ve also tried restarting, force restarting and that didn’t work too. I’ve been using apple music for about 2 months and I’ve been experiencing all those issues since the beginning. And I’ve tried singing in and out of iTunes store too and as you probably guessed it, that also didn’t work😄
