Can't merge calls on iPhone 12 Pro
On my new iPhone 12 Pro I cannot merge any calls, the button looks tappable, but it doesn't do anything. My dad's new iPhone 12 works fine in this regard. Are there any fixes? Thanks!

First, it's important to know that conference calls may not be available if your call is using VoLTE (Voice over LTE) or Wi-Fi Calling. You'll want to check with your carrier directly to confirm whether this is supported with your current plan.
If you're able to confirm that this is supported with your current plan and these specific calls aren't using VoLTE (Voice over LTE) or Wi-Fi Calling, we'd recommend following the steps in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open along with Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
