MANY TRACKS STOP AFTER 28 SECONDS

While playing music from iTunes.app on an iMac 5K, MANY TRACKS STOP AFTER 28 SECONDS. Always 28 seconds. If I click "go to beginning" and restart play, they do NOT stop after 28 seconds. Started after playing music on MacBook Pro 2019 using new Music.app (Catalina) and selecting the iMac music library. It is like previewing music in the old iTunes store. Sharing is turned on. Help!

Also, if I try to use the Computers.app on the AppleTV 4K, the tracks play for 28 seconds and then Computers.app crashes.

Hi rickscsc,

Thanks for the follow up. We are sorry to hear that after the update, you are still having issues with music on your AppleTV 4K.

We recommend you try signing out of your Apple ID and then signing back in. You can do this by going to Settings > Accounts > iCloud > Select Sign Out.

Check out Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac for more details.

If the issue persists, you might want to Get Support here.

Cheers!
