M1 Mac mini kept crashing with a pink screen. This is not good, Apple.
Before I updated it to Big Sur. 11.3, I kept reporting that my M1 Mac mini kept crashing with green or pink screen and then restart it by itself. I sent it to Apple for inspection but they said the hardware is totally fine.
I updated to 11.3 and I was expecting better. Guess what? Wrong. It crashed multiple times within a week after updating 11.3. All I was using was Safari. No log in items, no other software but safari. If the Mac is keep crashing then it must be the problem with macOS or software. But then, I'm not using or running any other software on M1 Mac mini.
This is my 2nd M1 Mac mini and the crash issue occurred since the beginning. That's right, since last November. I returned the first one and hoping for better experience with M1 Mac but honestly, this is seriously unstable product to work with. I really can't use this while I'm working. This is very disappointing experience and I have no idea what else to do since Apple is not able to figure out what's the problem.
It's only a month old and I really think macOS itself for Apple Silicon is the problem since Im not having any issues with Intel Mac with Big Sur. Since I'm not the only one having this issue, it is very frustrating to ask help as Apple is not able to solve this problem.
I had a chance to shoot a pic but it suddenly happens so it's quite impossible to capture the moment as it randomly crash. What am I suppose to do then?
