Paint chipping on my IPhone 12 (Blue)

Same here with my 12(blue). Bought in sep2021 sale, now i just hate to see the backside of my phone. So much cost against your poor quality painting.

No the Ceramic Shield and Aerospace-grade aluminum is not meant to keep the phone from being scratched.

I am also facing the same problem within 45 days of purchasing the phone. Apple very cleverly stating its cosmetic issue and their is no resolution. How do we go about it

I think we all need to raise this as concern in a right forum. Do anyone know how this issue can be escalated to get right attention?

1. Hardly noticeable
2. Not a problem; cosmetic wear is expected on any device
