Paint chipping on my IPhone 12 (Blue)

My iPhone 12 camera’s paint chipping off just in a month,There is no solution found. What is the reason about apples products are expensive here? Is there any refund policy or replacement? ₹85,000is not a joke it’s big money.

I am really ******, after paying this much amount for a mobile I didn’t expect it to overheat whilst just browsing safari and the paint to just chip off after only 2 months. Really disappointed and sad after paying such a price.

The battery percentage also went from 100 to 96 in just 4 months. And now you would say, you must have done something yourself. Prior to iPhone 12 I had and android device which just cost 19k rupees and after using it for 4 years, the paint on is intact, the battery is also fine. Really disappointed.

Its worsen. I need to hide the chipping off paint near my camera I bought a camera bumper. And even the paint near my charger port started to chipping off. Apple should do something about this. I spend money for this. They should resolve this issue

i always thought that I’d accidentally scratched it somewhere, but I wear phone case all the time. Never did I remember ever scratch it tho. It’s literally chipping off. At this point, I cant use my iphone anymore without casing because the paint is so so ugly. Even my 7+ years samsung never had this problem. I’m so disappointed with apple. 😤

Same case for iphone 13. Bought mine a day after the local launch in the Philippines. Sadly after 8 weeks, paint of the wide angle camera frame starts to chip. Saddest part is I have the midnight one so chipping of paint is very noticeable. Note that I never dropped my phone. 😢

At first it was just a dot now it's worse and i don't know how or who to contact to get this fixed. We pay a hefty huge amount for these phone's and this shouldn't happen! Apple should be ashamed of such low quality paint job.Does anyone else have this problem with their new IPhone?

Any update on what the Apple care product engineer said? Any solution? This is happening to my iPhone 13 after less than 4 months. I’m very careful with my phone and this is so unacceptable for such an expensive product.

CAN WE GET SOME KIND OF RESPONSE APPLE!!! We’re paying a premium for your hardware with the idea that it’s worth the price tag!! Our devices paint are chipping within less then a year due to obvious defects and in your manufacturing process!!!

After 5 months usage of my Iphone12 showing the same paint issue on the camera lens ring. Now it is getting worse day by day. It is very painful after spending a significant amount of money for this phone and not getting the paint quality with that money. We are all love to maintain our phone like a brand new and without any fault from our side it is now looks like an old phone.

I bought iPhone 13 6months back . Initially I saw a small dot like white colour on my iphone 13’s camera ring I thought it was some sort of dust . But I wasn’t, the paint was chipping off then after few weeks the more amount of paint were chipping automatically . Why is it like this ? Why apple is not giving a response to it? I am disappointed at this. Paying a huge amount for this kinda flagship phones and if this is the condition how can we trust these brands. And I wonder why apple uses cheap quality materials.

i Bought an iPhone 13 just 2 months ago and now the paint near the camera is chipped I hope that apple can help us with this. Cause the paint chipping after just 2 months of average use is just sad. If the paint would chip after a year or two it would have been ok but now it’s a problem and Apple needs to look into it

I bought my iPhone 12 in the month of April 2022, within a month paint around the camera lens started chipping and its spreading around the lens. Yes, after paying this much this isn’t something that one should come across.

Yes, I have the same issue, and it is chipping more and more. And now my phone looks ugly. I really want this phone be be replaced, but apply support is saying that this is cosmatic damage and they cannot replace it
