New Xp-Pen Pro No Signal on new MacBook Pro - Display not showing on tablet, but it is on computer

This question was asked back in December, but no one, not even an Apple Support person answered. Here it is May 1 and I will write the question again and see if there is a response.

XP-Pen is installed on the new Mac Pro M1, but when I turn on the XP-Pen screen, is shows "NO SIGNAL" and my computer does not recognize that it is plugged in.

I am having trouble with my ANT+ for my cycling machine/program as well. The program works fine, except that the ANT+ IS RECOGNIZED by the computer when I plug it in (I must choose Mac or Windows Parallels- program is only for Windows at this time), but it does not accept the signal from the machine, such as: speed, cadence, HR, to name a few.

I'm sure many of you all love your new Mac M1, but I REALLY hope Apple gets these things cleared up ASAP! It's a little frustrating and I'm starting to think I wasted over $2k on this computer, maybe safer with the Intel. =/
