IPhone 11 disabled

My daughter forgot her newly created password and now her phone has been disabled for 4 days. I’ve gone through all the steps I found online to restore the phone, but it’s still disabled. Any other tips? Or where do I take the phone for quick repair since my Apple store is by appointment only?

Then you need to get an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center for help.

Yes, I tried that at least 5 times. Goes through the process and restarts, but still says disabled when it comes back on.
