Hi abdlnour,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, when you go into Settings > Your Name > iCloud > iCloud Drive is randomly turned off after you've turned it on, is that correct? Is your iPhone 7 running iOS 14.5? Has your iPhone been restarted since noticing this? Have there been any recent changes to your Apple ID such as a password change or an email change? If so, you may want to sign out and sign back in with the new information. Keep in mind, signing out will remove any music you have downloaded for offline use, you'll need to redownload them.
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password
Hope that helps!

abdlnour,
Thank for checking that. Apple recently released iOS 14.5.1. You can try updating to that to see if this continues. If it does, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Get Support.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Take care!
abdlnour,
Thank you for that information. Let's take a look at how much storage is available in Cloud. You'll want to make sure you have enough storage. You can confirm by going to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Manage Storage.
If you need to upgrade your storage plan, you can check out this article: Upgrade your iCloud storage plan.m
Let us know!

Hi Rina
thank you for the information you posted. yes i have iphone 7 running with 14.5 ios. i already tried all these solutions but no result. and i saw that i don't have two-factor authentication, no idea if it does affect also.
Hi rina,
yes ios 14.5.1 is installed as fresh copy with phone format. i tried to activate icloud drive before installing any app and before restoring backup.
But unfortunately: icloud is still going off by itself !!!
Hi Chris
the icloud is still empty, i used only 11MB of 5GB. so the problem is not here.
regards.
