iPhone 12 Pro Max issues

Soon after I got my phone in Dec 2021, I noticed it froze up in several different apps. But I would always able to back out of the apps and it would turn back to normal.

This week, it started blacking out. Once I was watching a video, the screen shut off. Just now I was on Facebook, the screen got stuck and a bunch of pink rectangles appeared, then my phone shut off then restarted itself.

Is anyone else having these same issues, or is it just my phone. Do I need to get repairs or what should I do?
