I have requested a refund for my itunes subscription. I removed my art from payment subscriptions. Written in the status "That the money has been returned to the account." The money didn’t come. You wrote to me that I can contact a financial institution, what is it? Is it possible to have a link, to whom you can contact by phone and clarify these questions, since the status says everywhere that the money has been returned.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods; click here for more information. If they can't put it back onto the card, you'll likely get it as store credit.
