iOS14.5 Cellular Data Settings Not working

I recently updated my iPhone 11 to 14.5. I have noticed that although I have cellular data turned off for several app, they are continue to run and consume cellular data.

I have toggled the cellular data switch and rebooted my phone but apps such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube continue to consume cellular data and continue to run in the background.

iPhone Cellular Data Settings Not Saving The Cellular Data settings menu lets me check/uncheck the apps I want to use, but as soon as I leave Settings whatever I checked/unchecked reverts back. If I try to use one of the apps, I get a notification "Cellular Data not turned on for this app", even though I had checked it. It seems like the settings are frozen or something. My iPhone did update to iOS 12.3.1 so that might have something to do with it. I tried resetting the Network Settings, but the same error occurred. I never had Restrictions on or anything like that. Any advice is appreciated!

Cellular data consumption- on deactivated apps Hello, I am noticing cellular data consumption on apps that are turned off in the cellular data menu. This is happening for what appears to be all apps despite their status of being allowed or denied access to the cellular network. I am using an iPhone X with iOS 14.1 Has anyone else encountered this issue and know of a fix?

Unable to turn on data cellular for my apps Hello, i would like to ask if my problem is fixable. I would usually turn off my data cellular for certain applications as i want to conserve my data and over the past years i have no problem on turning it on & off. But recently i was unable to do so as when i have turn on data cellular for a certain application, it will turn off by itself. I have Turn on my mobile data, reset the network settings, restart my phone, and even allow the mobile data changes on screen time, (did all of them a few times) still no progress. Im using iphone 7. i have updated to the latest ios 13.3. ,1 weeks ago. Please help me solve this, it has been 4 days.

Hi WiFi assist is off and has been off. Still, apps for which cellular is turned off continue to run. It is baffling.
