Help. Mac is nuts since last update.

So I don't know what's wrong with the last update but it definitely messed up my computer. All apps keep failing, and they keep restarting because of "errors". That's acceptable, but yesterday I tried using my AirPods and the bluetooth wouldn't work at all. I wasn't able to turn it off, and when I went into settings it didn't show not even one name of the many bluetooth devices I normally use. So I wasn't able to use anything bluetooth related. To solve the bluetooth issue I tried to restart the computer and yeah it solved the bluetooth issue, but it showed a loading animation and took a while to start. To top that off, my wallpaper was gone, and so were some pictures I had as icons for my files.

Has anyone been having this same kind of trouble since the last update? I've been a long time Apple user, but I just started using Mac this year, and it's been giving me so much trouble.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.3

Try booting up using the advice listed in How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

After a successful safe mode startup, reboot normally and retest for normal performance.
