Each night after 8 pm and on weekends I go into mail under settings and turn my work email off until the next work day. In the morning I turn it back on so my emails load. Since I updated to IOS version 14.4.2, the emails won't load until I reset network settings. Has anyone else encountered this?
Well, I either turn off email or turn off notifications. Both stop the pinging every 30 seconds. By turning work email off only I can still go in to mail to see my personal emails without getting drawn in to work.

What is the point of turning off mail for the night? Why don't you just not check it until morning?
