Latency after bouncing tracks.

Hello,

I just recently finished recording 3 songs and after finishing each song I did a mix-down, added some effects to the output channel and did a bounce. After listening to the bounced tracks I wanted to add another guitar part, but when I go back to the song (actually all 3 songs) for some reason my inputs are not working properly. I'm getting latency issues. Now if I start a new project or open other files that I'm currently working on it's all fine. Using the UA apollo twin X for interface. Everything seems to be working fine on its own. It just seems that when I open these 3 songs my input is lagging.... Any idea's on what can be causing this?

The effects you put on the Output Channel is my guess, as it is the only adjustment different from when you first recorded.

This is a perfect time to use "Low Latency Mode" (only on recording not on playback). Low Latency Mode will disable effects causing latency but also mess with your mix as it disable latency causing plugins. LLM On for recording a new part, Off for playback.

Yeah you are right. I tried turning off all the plugins in the output channel and that didn't do it, but after deleting all of them that solved my problem...........

Great tip on the LLM, I keep forgetting about that for some reason... I liked it when it was a button and you just turned it on and off....hahaha....
