No.
I do not believe that this is possible.
This is what IS possible and it may get somewhat complicated
With that stated IF the Clavinova has a USB connection, it maybe possible to play the instrument's keyboard over USB and play virtual instrument apps the you can play from within/inside of the iPad, instead, and hear it through the iPad’s own speakers.
You would need a USB-C to USB-A/B cable or a Thunderbolt to USB-A/C adapter and an additional USB cable to accomplish this.
Something like this from Apple

OR maybe this less expensive adapter ( not sure on this one )

Using a typical, run of the mill USB-1.0 or 2.0 cable.
There are many virtual digital instruments, that you can purchase from the iOS App Store that are playable from a USB equipped digital piano or piano keyboard using the proper adapter for iPad.
Many of these digital instrument apps have phenomenal sound.
There are dedicated piano apps that do same virtual, digital piano simulations that a full size digital piano can do.
You can literally play the pianos found in Garageband for iOS using that Clavinova keyboard IF it has a USB connection.
The app Korg Module has some great piano sounds that can be played from a keyboard that has a USB connection
Other dedicated piano style apps are
Ravenscroft 275
iGrand
Colossus Piano
Maybe look at
Real Piano ( the app uses a new digitally sampled Steinway Concert Grand )
Piano and Piano Pro
This is the way you need to go
You could also check Amazon for audio interface devices /boxes that can be connected to an iPad Pro that might be able to let normal audio into the iPad through the USB-C port.
I do believe such audio interface boxes for iPads do exist. You woukd need to search for one the is USB-C/Thunderbolt compatible with the new 2021 iPad Pro.
Best of Luck to You!
