I installed the latest OS on my phone and my watch and it still isn’t showing up, restarted everything and still no luck. It’s not a region problem because my wife’s fitness+ is showing. Tried everything, read all forums. It’s a terrible problem because the Apple TV app requires you to use the tab on the app to activate the subscription.

I figured it out! Muhuhahaha!
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Privacy > Reset Fitness Calibration Data.
Essentially I wanted to uninstall the app and reinstall but it’s native to the phone so it wouldn’t let me do that! So… this was the next best thing and it worked!
It should work for everyone.
