I recently deleted all the information on my Health app can it be retrieved from the cloud?

"Some information is not included in an iCloud backup but can be added to iCloud and shared across multiple devices like Mail, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive."

"A backup from a computer doesn't include Activity, Health, and Keychain data (to back up this content, you'll need to use Encrypted Backup in iTunes.)"

Your health data needs to be accessed via an encrypted device. iCloud stores the data for syncing purposes, but the data is not visible on iCloud.

If you sign in to iCloud on your device and enable Health in the iCloud setting, the data should be visible on your device.

You can sync your Health data between devices using iCloud by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and enabling Health.
