I can't sign in on the app store

Question

I can't sign in on the app store

I own an old iPhone 4 and I want to sign in on the app store but when I put in all my details it just says 'For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/'

But when I go to that link it says that it is no longer available. Can someone please help me.
