As you're seeing that you have tried to adjust the volume on the iPhone, as well as on the TV and connected speakers, we'd recommend checking out the section labeled "If you see video but don't hear audio" of the following resource to see if the steps help:

If that doesn't clear up what you're experiencing, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support so they can look into this with you in more detail.

We see that you're unable to hear audio when you AirPlay from your iPhone to LG TV, and we'd like to look into this with you.

• Are you AirPlaying, or are you mirroring the screen to the TV?
• Do you see that regardless of what type of video or app you use that the sound isn't working?
• When you display to your TV, does adjusting the volume on your iPhone change anything?

I am having a similar issue. I have no sound when screen mirroring videos from Apple TV and YouTube. It did work when I initially set it up and stopped mud movie. I do have sound when screen mirroring and playing music.
