Hi guys,
I recently deleted a whole heap of photos from my iCloud (on icloud.com), however they are still showing up on my iPhone 12 Pro.
How do I sync the two so whenever I delete photos from one, they are removed from the other?
FYI, my "Upload to My Photo Stream" is turned off. My iCloud is active on iPhone.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are deleting photos from iCloud.com. We would love to provide support on this.
-iCloud photos backs up what is stored in your photos app.
-When you would like to delete a photo from a device you should delete it from the device photos app itself and that will delete it from the iCloud back up as well.
-Deleting the photo on iCloud.com does not delete it from the device because the photo originates from the device so a copy will be left behind and added to the "recently deleted" album for 30 days.
