iCloud password reset

I requested a iCloud password reset, and it’s been around 4 to 5 days since I requested it, and I wanted to know usually how long does it take for this request to get sent back to me?

"iCloud password reset: My phone screen is cracked so I can’t enter my phone password to check how long it’s going to take I requested it last Saturday and now it’s Friday so what do you think I should do or what is the weight time?

Wait it Out:

The wait time could be up to 30 days. And that is because Apple needs to go through an extreme thorough process to verify it is who it is. They must contact your credit card holder(s); look up your purchases; log in times; and so much more. It’s all about Security & Privacy(and that is a good thing, BTW), as Apple wants to be as secure as they can.

Or...

Contact Apple Support:

You can always contact Apple Support yourself.

Apple Support Contact Info:

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Screenshare with the Apple Rep:

To easily prove something over the phone with the Apple Rep, screenshare the camera of an iPhone and that of your Mac. Ask a friend, or family member if you may use their phone, being you do not have one handy.
