Siri cuts out when reading back my texts and doesn't speak to ask if I want to 'send'.

I have a New iphone iOS 14.5.1 I can see from previous entries by members of this community that others have had the same problem as me. I use Siri when driving to send texts. This feature does not work properly on my new phone. I have turned Siri on and off and also tried various other options in Settings but to no avail. I have seen on a previous post that other people tried things which I have followed but I still have the problem. Any ideas?

Having the same issue. Siri cuts of just as she’s starting to read my SMS messages. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 14.5.1 and listening on my AirPods Pro.

I too have an 11 pro max. And have had this issue since the last update. Apple, look into this.
