Malware download?!?
I very stupidly clicked on something that seamed to be a prove you are not a robot while on the Sam's Club site. How do I check to see if something bad was download?

Look in your downloads folder.
Make sure your Browser preferences doesn't show any Extensions chosen.
If using Chrome, make sure your chrome://policy isn't changed to something you don't like.
Run Malwarebytes and Avast, and Etrecheck. Etrecheck has a free portion that has results you can post here, and we can help you identify if there is anything odd on your machine.
