iPhone alarm goes off in the morning with Apple watch

Hey guys,

I am using the iPhone's Sleep/Wake feature. My alarm is set for 7:05am

For some reason, my iPhone AND my Apple Watch both go off. My watch vibrates AND my iPhone sounds the alarm. It doesn't do it every morning, but a few.

Anyone seen something like this?

I just want the alarm to go off on my watch.

Alarms with sleep tracking I just started tracking my sleep with my Apple Watch 8 and the alarm does not go off on my phone anymore, just a haptic on my watch. This is not enough to wake me up, I need to hear the phone alarm. Is there a way to also or only hear the phone alarm?

Wake alarm goes only to apple watch I have an iPhone 11 promax and an Apple Watch Series 3. I’ve noticed since the last update that my white alarm goes to my Apple Watch, but not my phone at all. This is a problem because when my Apple Watch is on the charger, it obviously doesn’t vibrate on my wrist so it doesn’t wake me up. There are no sounds, even after I turn on the sound for my Apple Watch. I’ve been late to work because I can’t hear any kind of alarm to wake me up. Sleeping with the watch on my wrist is not an option. How can I turn off the alarm on my watch, but still have it on my phone?
